Welcome to AVA! By shopping with us, you agree to these simple terms.

Our Products We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. All AVA products are for external use only — please follow the instructions on each product.

Orders & Payment We offer cash on delivery. Once your order is placed, please make sure someone is available to receive it and complete the payment. We'll let you know right away if anything comes up on our end.

No Refunds Since our products are used on the skin, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, just message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort it out. 🤍

Shipping We pack your orders with love and ship as fast as we can. Delays from carriers are out of our hands, but we're always here if you need an update.
